How Can I become a member ? |

It is simple and free to join Koreacontent.org 1. Vi sit www.koreacontent.org and click "Join Now" on the top of the front page
2. Read terms of service, check the box, select and click individual or company button
3. Complete the registration form and click "Submit" button |

I get an 'Invalid Number' error when submitting my registration. |

Please make sure you do not enter any spaces between or after numbers.
Also, ensure that you do not enter any characters other than numbers. |

Can I change my membership ID? |
|
|
No. you cant change your member ID. However, you can create a new ID by re-registering |

I know my ID and password, but I cannot log in. |

Please be sure not to use capital letters in your ID or password or input any blank spaces after your ID or password or activate Caps Lock key.

1. Click 'login and Forgot Password' link in member login page.
2. Input your ID used in koreacontent.org registration, then click 'Submit'
3. Your koreacontent.org ID and password will be automatically sent to the email address you provided |

You can search for information in e- Exhibition, Culture news, Company Directory, Trade Leads and Genre portal using keyword and category browsing |

Does Koreacontent.org import, export or otherwise trade? |

No. Koreacontent.org operates an online trade site that facilitates culture contents trade. We do not import, export, or otherwise engage in trade. |

How can I post trade leads? |
|

1. Registration
2. Login
3. Click on 'Post Trade Leads' in Trade leads or Manage trade leads in My Page
4. Click 'Post'
4. Complete the description and click 'Post'
5. You can re-post your trade leads after 7 days |

How can I update my profile? |

1. Login
2. Go to 'My Page' and click 'edit my profile'
3. Edit changeable your profile
4. Click 'submit' |

Can I send an inquiry if I'm not a member? |

No, Non-member cant. Only member can send an inquiry.
But Member can manage sending Inquiries |

How can I change 'My News' settings? |
|

1. Login
2. Click "My News" in My Page
3. Select the News categories (up to 9) you are interested in
4. Click "Confirm"
Then you will receive information that fits selected categories |
